NFT, or Nutrient Film Technique, hydroponics is a method of growing plants in a soilless system. In NFT hydroponics, plants are grown in long, narrow channels through which a nutrient-rich solution flows continuously. The roots of the plants are suspended in the solution, with the water flowing over the roots in a thin film. This method allows for efficient use of water and nutrients, as well as the ability to easily monitor and control the growing environment.
